Consent to the registration and processing of personal data under the Act no.18/2018 Z.z. and EU Regulation 216/679

Pursuant to Act no. 18/2018 Z.z. on the protection of personal data and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of Council 2016/679 from 27th of April 2016 o the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/ES on personal data protection I voluntarily consent to the management, processing and storage of personal data by E METALL, a.s. listed in the CV and cover letter and other attachments related to the job search, which I provided to the above company via the website wwww.emetall.sk within the computer network internet, in order to save it in the database of job seekers for finding a suitable employee.

During processing of personal data, there will be no case of a cross-border transfer to third countries (outside of the EEA). The consent can be revoked at any time, otherwise the consent will expire after 3 years from the date of its granting and the date will be anonymized and further used exclusively for statistical purposes.
